Wholemeal couscous is made from wholemeal durum wheat semolina and water. The grains obtained are then pre-cooked and dried. The colour of wholemeal couscous varies from amber to light brown.

Directions for use
Pour the couscous into a bowl and add the same amount of boiling water. Cover and leave to swell for 5 minutes. Loosen the grains with a fork. Season to taste. Wholemeal couscous is ideal for making the traditional couscous recipe by adding vegetables, meats and spices of your choice. It will also be delicious as an accompaniment to all your vegetables and for making tabbouleh.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
