Organic whole old durum wheat flour, water
Pour the couscous in a salad bowl and add the same volume of boiling water. Cover and let swell for 5 min. Separate the grains with a fork. Season to taste. The old durum wheat couscous will bring an authentic cereal taste to the traditional couscous recipe by adding vegetables, meats and spices of your choice.
